Overall, it’s easy to use. The chat support is a lifesaver whenever I get stuck, and the Partstech integration is awesome. For what you get, the monthly cost feels like a great value. I also love being able to save documents directly to repair orders, whether or not the customer can see them. The online portal is another feature I like, since any/all customers can use it. Texting estimates and getting a signature and approval instantly is another big bonus.
