Referral Program Terms & Conditions
ARI — Auto Repair Software
These terms govern the ARI Referral Program (the "Program"). By participating, you agree to them. ARI may modify or end the Program at any time.
Eligibility
- Any registered ARI account holder may refer others (paid or free tier).
- A referred person ("referee") must be a new ARI customer — someone who did not already have an ARI account. Existing accounts cannot be referred or claimed.
Rewards
- Rewards are issued as ARI in-app credits. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. They may expire if the account is closed.
- Per referral: when a referee completes their first paid subscription, the referrer receives 3,000 credits and the referee receives 3,000 credits. The referee's 3,000 credits are in addition to any credits included with their plan.
- Trigger: a reward is earned only on the referee's first paid subscription — never on sign-up, trial, or demo use. One reward per referred shop.
Milestone bonuses
- When a referrer's 3rd referred shop converts, the referrer earns a one-time 10,000-credit bonus.
- When a referrer's 5th referred shop converts, the referrer earns a one-time 30,000-credit bonus.
- Milestone counts are lifetime and each bonus is awarded once.
Limits
- Base referral rewards are capped at 20 converted referrals per rolling 365 days per referrer.
Anti-fraud
- ARI may withhold, delay for review, or void rewards — and may suspend accounts — for self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, or any abuse or attempted manipulation of the Program.
- Rewards are granted only after ARI confirms a genuine first paid subscription.
Program changes
- ARI may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time. If the Program ends, referrals already attributed will be honored for 90 days after the end date, subject to these terms.
