You have probably already told another shop owner about ARI—over a parts counter, at a training day, or when someone asked how you turn estimates around so quickly. Word of mouth between shops is how many mechanics discover tools they can trust.
ARI’s first official referral program turns that recommendation into something useful for both shops. We call it Give 3,000, Get 3,000: when a new shop joins with your referral code and starts its first paid subscription, you each receive 3,000 ARI Credits automatically.
At a glance: Each 3,000-credit reward represents approximately $75 in ARI in-app value. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
What 3,000 ARI Credits can help pay for
ARI Credits cover optional features that have a per-use delivery or processing cost. They do not block core work such as creating estimates, invoices, appointments, or payments.
Your reward can help cover:
- SMS messages sent from ARI Web;
- bulk email and SMS marketing campaigns; and
- AI damage annotation for inspection photos.

How the ARI Referral Program works
- Open Settings → Refer & Earn. Your personal referral code appears there.
- Share the code with another shop. Send it by text, email, or whichever app you normally use to stay in touch.
- The new shop enters the code. During signup, they select Referral as the source and enter your code. They can also add it from the Subscription Plans page before subscribing.
- The new shop starts its first paid plan. Once ARI confirms that first paid subscription, 3,000 credits are added to each account automatically.
No claim email or separate redemption form is required. The reward is connected to the referral code and qualifying subscription.

The more shops you refer, the more you earn
The standard reward applies to every successful referral, and milestone bonuses are added when your third and fifth referred shops subscribe.

Refer five shops successfully and you earn 55,000 credits in total: 15,000 standard referral credits, a 10,000-credit third-referral bonus, and a 30,000-credit fifth-referral bonus.
Who qualifies for a referral reward?
The referred shop must be a new ARI customer. The reward is triggered by its first paid subscription—not by signup, trial use, or a demo—and only one reward is issued per referred shop.
Milestone counts are lifetime totals, while standard referral rewards are capped at 20 converted referrals per rolling 365-day period. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and other attempts to manipulate the program do not qualify.
